- 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 300 g Goronzola
- 0.5 ½ cup cream
- 2 pinches pepper
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- Olive oil, for frying
- white wine, or sherry

- Chop the chicken breast fillet and fry it in olive oil with salt and pepper. Then deglaze with cream on a low heat and bring to a simmer. Next, add the previously cut Gorgonzola and continue to simmer, stirring constantly, until the Gorgonzola has melted.
- In my opinion, this dish tastes best when it has cooled down and then brought to the boil again.
- For the special taste you can deglaze the chicken breast fillet with a little sherry or with a little white wine and then add the cream, but this is not necessary, it tastes very, very good even without the latter. All noodles or spaetzle are suitable as a side dish.
