Ingredients

  • 1 packet meat loaf, usually contains 400-500 g
  • 5 large potato (s)
  • 1 packet vegetables (frozen buttered vegetables)
  • 1 packet hollandaise sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes, then fry them in the pan with oil for about 5 minutes. Dice the Leberkäse and add it. Add the thawed frozen vegetables. I put it in frozen, then it just takes a little longer. Finally add the hollandaise sauce and season everything with salt and pepper. Can be served when the potatoes are done.
  2. If you want to save a few calories, you can leave out the hollandaise. Or put zucchini in it, or
