Ingredients

  • 500 g noodles (Greek Kritharaki, look like lare rains rice)
  • 3 peppers, colored
  • 1 can corn
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda), diced
  • 5 bag / s ready mix for salad (lettuce topping paprika-herbs)
  • 20 tablespoon water
  • 10 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the pepper and cheese into small cubes. Place in a bowl with the corn. Prepare the dressing with oil and water and pour over the chopped ingredients.
  2. When the pasta is cooked, drained and cooled, add it to the bowl, mix everything and season with salt and pepper. Chill for a couple of hours.
