Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 medium egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chili
  • paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Peel the onions and garlic, chop them into small cubes and add to the minced meat. Then add the 2 eggs and 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs. The whole thing has to be kneaded well until everything is nicely distributed. Then you add the mustard and tomato paste and season it depending on how you like it. If you like it spicy, you don`t need to be stingy with it. At the end everything has to be kneaded well again. Then you can shape the amount into medium-sized balls and then finish frying them in a pan (I recommend Rama Culinesse as a frying fat).
  2. Tip: Please do not fry at the highest temperature, otherwise it will not be cooked inside. Better to turn it more often.
