Quick Pasta with Tomato and Avocado Sauce

• 1 avocado (s), ripe
• 1 tomato (s)
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 bunch parsley
• 50 ml cream
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the package instructions.
2. Mash the pulp of the avocado and mix with lemon juice. Chop the parsley and the clove of garlic. Dice the tomato very small. Mix everything and add the cream. Now heat in the pot but do not bring to the boil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Serve the drained pasta with the sauce.
