- 750 g potato (s), ready-rated for potato pancakes (ready-made product!)

- 200 g salmon, smoked
- 200 g cheese, rated

- Drain any liquid from the grated potatoes and fold in the 3 eggs. Since the mixture is already seasoned, simply place it on the greased baking sheet, smooth it out and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 15 - 20 minutes.
