Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon quark
  • 1 medium onion (s)
  • 2 cup / s oatmeal
  • 1 package salmon, fresh or frozen (approx. 250 g)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, chopped to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the salmon and mix well with the onions, egg, oatmeal and quark. Add parsley and season with salt and pepper. Shape dumplings out of the mixture and let them steep in gently simmering salted water until they float on top, then they are done.
  2. Serve with dill mustard sauce.
