Quick Salted Cucumbers

Instant cucumbers, per day. Delicious, crispy. Maybe? Of course available!

Ingredients

  • Small cucumbers – 3 kg
  • Garlic – 3-4 cloves
  • Fresh dill (optional) – 1-2 branches
  • Black peppercorns – 2 teaspoon
  • Vinegar 9% – 2 tbsp

For brine:

  • Water – 1 l
  • Salt – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. The products for the recipe are in front of you. Cucumbers should be small.
  2. Peel the garlic, cut into pieces.
  3. Rinse cucumbers well.
  4. Cut off the ends of cucumbers on both sides. Chop the cucumbers in several places with a knife or fork.
  5. Rinse the jar well with baking soda. Place the cucumbers in a prepared jar, sprinkle with pepper and garlic. You can add a sprig of dill if you like.
  6. Make a brine: boil 1 liter of water, add salt, sugar, mix.
  7. Pour vinegar and hot brine into the jar. Leave the cucumbers in a jar at room temperature for a day. Then close the lid and put in the refrigerator.
