Quick Salted Cucumbers

Instant cucumbers, per day. Delicious, crispy. Maybe? Of course available!
Ingredients
For brine:
- Water – 1 l
- Salt – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Directions
- The products for the recipe are in front of you. Cucumbers should be small.
- Peel the garlic, cut into pieces.
- Rinse cucumbers well.
- Cut off the ends of cucumbers on both sides. Chop the cucumbers in several places with a knife or fork.
- Rinse the jar well with baking soda. Place the cucumbers in a prepared jar, sprinkle with pepper and garlic. You can add a sprig of dill if you like.
- Make a brine: boil 1 liter of water, add salt, sugar, mix.
- Pour vinegar and hot brine into the jar. Leave the cucumbers in a jar at room temperature for a day. Then close the lid and put in the refrigerator.
