Instructions

  1. For the dough, mix the cream with 180 g sugar, gradually fold in the eggs. Mix the baking powder with the flour, fold in, add a pinch of salt. Spread the batter on a baking sheet.
  2. For the 1st topping, wash and clean the fruit, cut into small pieces if necessary. Spread on the dough. For the 2nd topping, bring the butter with milk and sugar to the boil, fold in the almond flakes, stir well and spread over the fruit topping (best with a spoon and fork) so that the fruit is well covered. Bake at 170 ° C top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
