  • 200 g spinach, frozen
  • 8 tablespoon milk
  • 200 g spahetti (whole rain), or penne
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions and smoked salmon into cubes, sauté with a little oil and garlic in the pan. Add the herbal cream cheese and the frozen spinach. Mix the low-fat milk with the stock powder
  2. and add, simmer at low temperature. Season with salt, pepper and, if you like, some hot peppers.
  3. Fold in the cooked pasta and simmer a little more.
