Quick Sour Cream Salad Dressing

• 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
• 0.5 ½ cup cream
• 1 pack ready mix for salad with garden herbs
• 1 dash cold water
• Sea salt, coarse
• Pepper, black, freshly ground
• Garlic powder
• 1 onion (s)

Instructions

1. Mix the sour cream and cream until it becomes creamy. Season well with salt, pepper and garlic, add the salad mixture and stir. To make the sauce more liquid, add a dash of cold water. Cut the onion into cubes and pour over the salad with the sauce.
2. If you like, you can spice up the salad with fresh parsley and chives, or simply add dill for a cucumber salad.
