Ingredients

  • 450 g spinach leaves, frozen, thawed & squeezed
  • 400 g nocchi, fresh (from the coolin shelf)
  • 100 ml heavy cream, (or low-fat substitute)
  • 150 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • 200 g salmon, smoked, (sliced)
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s), diced
  • pepper
  • little salt
  • possibly pine nuts, roasted

Instructions

  1. Cut salmon slices into strips.
  2. Mix all ingredients without fish and cook covered for 5 minutes at 600 watts, then stir in the salmon strips.
  3. Cook with the lid on for another 3-4 minutes.
  4. TIPS: Spinach either for several hours at room temperature or
  5. Thaw for 15 minutes at 180 watts and then leave to rest for 5 minutes.
  6. The dish can be prepared very well in the Ultra Plus 3l from Tupperware (of course, any other microwave dish is also possible).
  7. Roasted pine nuts taste very good with them and are sprinkled over them before serving.
