Ingredients

  • 400 ml tomato juice, spicy
  • 100 g avocado (s)
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 50 ml water or ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Halve and core the avocado. Scoop out the pulp and place in a blender or smoothie maker. Add hot tomato juice or tomato juice that has been seasoned to taste and the washed basil leaves and chop them up.
  2. Add water or ice cubes until the desired consistency is achieved. Adding ice cubes makes the smoothie colder and stays cool longer. I usually combine water and ice cubes half and half.
  3. Approx. 245 Kcal per serving.
