Instructions

  1. Pour the oil into a large saucepan and sweat the tiny chopped vegetable onion in it. Then add the mixed mince and fry at low heat so that it is crumbly through, but not seared too much. Then add 1/2 cup of rice, followed by 2 liters of tomato juice. Bring everything to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes until the rice is cooked through.
  2. In the meantime, bring the salted water to the boil in a separate pot and cook the 180 g fork spaghetti until al dente. Drain, rinse and add to the finished tomato soup.
  3. Then add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of pepper and the 2 teaspoons of sugar. Then 1 teaspoon sambal oelek (I always take 1 1/2 teaspoons, because I like it spicy), press the 3 - 4 cloves of garlic into the soup and stir in a heaping tablespoon of dried oregano. Finally add 100 g of cream (1/2 cup).
  4. That`s it. It is Z. Currently our favorite soup and my children and my husband are crazy about it.
