  • 100 g suar
  • 300 ml cream
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar, or vanilla flavor

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar until frothy, whip the cream with vanilla sugar (or flavor) until stiff and stir everything together with the milk.
  2. Mix the mixture in the ice cream machine for about 30 minutes and then place in the freezer for another 1 - 2 hours.
  3. If you want to keep the ice cream in the freezer for a longer time, thaw the ice cream in the refrigerator about half an hour before consumption so that it is not so firm.
