Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup rice, cooked, from the day before
  • 2 cup / s vegetables (Asian vegetables, frozen)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Curry powder
  • Chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil (peanut oil)
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice the day before or use leftover rice.
  2. Cook or fry the vegetables in the pan according to the instructions on the packet. Then take it out and set it aside.
  3. Now add the peanut oil to the pan and let it get hot. Then put the rice in the pan and let it fry properly. Stir every now and then. Season the rice well with salt, pepper and curry powder. Now stir in the chilli sauce depending on your taste (preferably a little less at first). Roast the rice to taste. Then deglaze with the soy sauce and then fold in the vegetables. Serve hot.
