Ingredients

  • g 1,000 quince (s), prepared, weihed, peeled, cut into small cubes
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 packet preserving sugar, 3:
  • 100 ml apple juice

Instructions

  1. Cook the quinces in a saucepan with apple juice and cinnamon for about 15 minutes until soft. Then puree the quince and pour it back into the saucepan. Add sugar and bring to the boil and cook for about 3 minutes while stirring.
  2. Then pour into prepared jars, close and let stand upside down for 5 minutes.
