  • 1 rabbit

  • rosemary
  • thyme
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, hot pink
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • salt
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 300 ml white wine
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the rabbit into small pieces.
  2. Chop the garlic cloves and puree them with the other ingredients using a hand blender. Then pour this sauce over the rabbit and let it steep overnight.
  3. After the marinating time, the rabbit pieces are seared on all sides. Then you add the marinade and let everything simmer for another 30 minutes.
  4. Rosemary potatoes taste very good with them.
