- 1 rabbit
- 8 clove garlic
- rosemary
- thyme
- 1 tablespoon paprika, hot pink
- Pepper, freshly ground
- salt
- 125 ml olive oil
- 300 ml white wine
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Fat, for frying

- Cut the rabbit into small pieces.
- Chop the garlic cloves and puree them with the other ingredients using a hand blender. Then pour this sauce over the rabbit and let it steep overnight.
- After the marinating time, the rabbit pieces are seared on all sides. Then you add the marinade and let everything simmer for another 30 minutes.
- Rosemary potatoes taste very good with them.
