Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 250 g flour
  • 125 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

For the cream:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

For covering:

  • 1 large onion (s), cut into rings
  • 200 g bacon, diced
  • 100 g cheese

Instructions

  1. Knead the ingredients for the dough together well and shape the dough into balls the size of a plum and place them on a plate.
  2. Mix the sour cream with crème fraîche until smooth, season with salt and pepper and pour into a bowl.
  3. For raclette, you take a ball of dough, press it flat in the pan, put a tablespoon of the cream on it and top it with onions, bacon and cheese. The mini tarte flambée needs 10-12 minutes in the raclette machine until it is ready.
  4. These mini flame cakes can also be varied as desired, e.g. with leeks and cheese, with spinach and chanterelles, etc.
  5. This fun alternative to the usual raclette is particularly popular with children.
