Instructions

  1. With smaller radicchio heads, you can simply cut the head into pieces and put it directly in the blender. Peel the mango or remove the pulp from the stone without peeling and place in the blender. Make up to 1 liter with water and then mix for 1 - 2 minutes at the highest level.
  2. The sweetness of the mango (depending on the degree of ripeness of the mango) covers the bitterness of the radicchio. Due to the color of the radicchio, this green smoothie has a wonderful orange-red color and its color and taste are ideal for beginners and small children.
