Radish and Shrimp Sandwich Ingredients

  • Whole grain sandwich buns – 4 pcs.
  • Radish – 3 pcs.
  • Large (king) boiled shrimps – 5 pcs.
  • Lettuce leaves

Radish and Shrimp Sandwich

For the sauce:

  • Olive oil – 100 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Granular mustard – 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – 1-2 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Fruit vinegar (cherry) – 1-2 teaspoon (to taste)
  • Garlic salt – 1 pinch
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • White pepper – to taste

Radish and Shrimp Sandwich Instructions

  1. Prepare mayonnaise. To do this, put an egg in a blender. Add mustard.

  2. Add garlic and salt.
  3. Beat well.
  4. While whisking, pour in the olive oil.
  5. Add lemon juice, vinegar.
  6. Spice up.
  7. Peel the boiled shrimp, cut along the back, and remove the intestinal vein.
  8. Cut the loaf lengthwise. Remove the pulp from the top half.
  9. Put coarsely chopped lettuce leaves (washed and dried) on the bottom half. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
  10. Wash the radish, cut into thin slices, and put on a salad.

  11. Place the shrimp.
  12. Cover the sandwich with the top half of the roll.
