Wonderful whole grain bread sandwich with boiled shrimp, fresh radishes, and homemade mayonnaise.

Instructions
- Prepare mayonnaise. To do this, put an egg in a blender. Add mustard.
- Add garlic and salt.
- Beat well.
- While whisking, pour in the olive oil.
- Add lemon juice, vinegar.
- Spice up.
- Peel the boiled shrimp, cut along the back, and remove the intestinal vein.
- Cut the loaf lengthwise. Remove the pulp from the top half.
- Put coarsely chopped lettuce leaves (washed and dried) on the bottom half. Lubricate with mayonnaise.
- Wash the radish, cut into thin slices, and put on a salad.
- Place the shrimp.
- Cover the sandwich with the top half of the roll.
