Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 2 bunch radishes
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 80 g cooked ham
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • sugar
  • some stalks parsley

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice cucumber and radishes. Peel, halve and slice the onion, cut the ham into strips.
  2. Season the lemon juice with salt, pepper and sugar. Withhold oil. Finely chop some parsley and stir in. Fold in the prepared salad ingredients.
  3. If necessary, pluck the lettuce leaves a little smaller and arrange on plates with the radish and cucumber salad. Garnish with the remaining parsley.
