Ingredients

  • 500 g quark
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 1 dash sesame oil, or other oil
  • some paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Wash the radishes and cut into thin slices, finely dice the onion. Put the quark in a bowl, add a dash of sesame oil (or other oil), paprika powder and salt and stir. Add the radishes and onions, mix everything together. If possible, put in the refrigerator for a few hours and let it steep.
  2. Tastes great as a spread or as a side dish for grilling.
  3. Tastes fresh and tasty even after two days.
