Radish Sandwiches

A la carte radish sandwiches go well on the buffet table.

Ingredients

  • Radish – 8 pcs.
  • Butter at room temperature – 50 g
  • Lemon zest – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Herbs (dill, parsley, cilantro, etc.) (chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • White toast bread – 4 slices

Directions

  1. Cut the radish into slices.
  2. In a bowl, combine softened butter with herbs and lemon zest.
  3. Cut off the crust from slices of bread. Brush one side of the bread with herbal oil. Put chopped radish on half of the bread slices and cover with the remaining slices of bread (butter for radish). Cut the sandwiches into small pieces.
