Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 small pineapple
  • 1 pack confectionery, (Raffaello)
  • 1 pack desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix the low-fat quark, sour cream, sour cream and sugar. Fold in the whipped cream and roughly crumble the Raffaellos. Either layer the mixture alternately with Raffaellos and pineapple in tall glasses and garnish with desiccated coconut, or mix everything together and sprinkle with desiccated coconut.
