Raffaello Dream

Summary

Ingredients

• 500 g low-fat quark
• 2 tablespoon egg liqueur if necessary
• 1 point confectionery (Raffaello)
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 100 g suar
• 1 pack desiccated coconut
• 1 pack strawberries
• 2 cups whipped cream

For decoration:

• possibly confectionery (Raffaello) if required
• possibly strawberries if necessary
• desiccated coconut

Instructions

1. First clean the strawberries and divide them into 2 equal amounts. Mix half of the strawberries with the mixer and cut the other half into small pieces.
2. Mash the Raffaello. Now mix the quark, possibly eggnog, crushed Raffaello, vanilla sugar, sugar, desiccated coconut as well as strawberry pulp and strawberry pieces together. Whip the cream until stiff and gradually fold it into the prepared mixture. Now only decorate with the remaining desiccated coconut and, if desired, with Raffaello and strawberries. Chill until ready to serve.
