Ingredients

  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 50 g almond (s), sliced
  • 20 g coconut flakes
  • Desiccated coconut, for rolling
  • Almond (s), whole, peeled
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)
  • honey

Instructions

  1. Cut the vanilla pod lengthways and remove the pulp.
  2. Then mix the quark, grated almonds, coconut flakes, honey and vanilla pulp in a bowl and shape into small balls. For the extra kick you can put an almond in each ball.
  3. Now you roll the finished balls in the desiccated coconut. Now you can either nibble it right away or chill it for an hour and then enjoy it.
