- 2 tortilla (s)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 tablespoon cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 shallot (s), finely chopped
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 teaspoon coriander greens, chopped
- 2 teaspoon sauce, spicy (salsa)
- salt

- Brush the tortillas with a little oil and bake for 5 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees (top / bottom heat). Then sprinkle with the cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, sweat the shallot in a little oil in the pan, beat the eggs in the pan and fry in it. Sprinkle with coriander and season with salt.
- Heat the salsa.
- Place a fried egg with onion on each tortilla and drizzle with salsa.
