Ingredients

  • 2 tortilla (s)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoon cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 shallot (s), finely chopped
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon coriander greens, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon sauce, spicy (salsa)
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Brush the tortillas with a little oil and bake for 5 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees (top / bottom heat). Then sprinkle with the cheese and bake for another 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, sweat the shallot in a little oil in the pan, beat the eggs in the pan and fry in it. Sprinkle with coriander and season with salt.
  3. Heat the salsa.
  4. Place a fried egg with onion on each tortilla and drizzle with salsa.
