Ingredients

  • 500 g meat loaf, thinly sliced
  • 400 g Emmentaler, sliced
  • 1 glass pickled cucumber (s) and 200 ml it
  • 1 glass tomato peppers and 200 ml the stock
  • Salt and pepper, ground
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Cut all firm ingredients into very fine strips. Place the chopped ingredients in a bowl. Then pour the stock of the pickles and tomato peppers over it.
  2. Make a marinade of salt, pepper, paprika powder, sugar, a little vinegar, and a little water, and also add to the ingredients. Mix everything well and let it steep, ideally for a couple of hours.
  3. Season again to taste before serving.
