  • 250 grams sugar
  • 250 g mararine
  • 250 g raisins
  • 3 egg (s)
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 packet baking powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and baking powder together and place in a bowl. Add water, a little lemon juice, eggs, margarine and sugar and mix well with the hand mixer until it is smooth. Turn the raisins in a little flour and fold them into the mixture at the very end.
  2. Grease a springform pan, preheat the oven to approx. 190 ° C. Pour the dough into the mold and put it in the oven for 1 hour. Do a chopstick test! Let the cake cool down a bit and place on a cake plate.
