Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoon milk
  • 6 tablespoon oil
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 100 g raisins
  • some Milk
  • possibly grease for the tray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Mix the quark, oil, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt together well.
  3. Sift the flour with the baking powder and gradually stir into the quark mixture. Then stir in the raisins. Shape the dough into small rolls and place on a baking sheet that has been greased or lined with baking paper. Brush with a little milk.
  4. Bake in a hot oven for approx. 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
