Ingredients
- 150 g quark
- 6 tablespoon milk
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 75 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 300 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g raisins
- some Milk
- possibly grease for the tray

- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top / bottom heat.
- Mix the quark, oil, milk, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt together well.
- Sift the flour with the baking powder and gradually stir into the quark mixture. Then stir in the raisins. Shape the dough into small rolls and place on a baking sheet that has been greased or lined with baking paper. Brush with a little milk.
- Bake in a hot oven for approx. 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
