Instructions

  1. Prepare a quark oil batter. To do this, mix the quark with milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Mix flour with baking powder and sift through if necessary. Mix half of the flour mixture into the batter. Knead in the rest of the tablespoon at a time. Finally, knead the washed and drained currants into the dough.
  2. Shape a roll and cut into 16 even pieces. Shape round rolls, place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush thinly with canned milk.
  3. At 180 ° C, the baking time is around 15-20 minutes (hot air).
  4. Tip: Fill the rolls with jam or plum jam. To do this, press the round balls a little flat and cover with 1/2 teaspoon filling. Fold the edges of the dough over it like a bag, close tightly and place on the baking sheet with the round side up.
