Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese (Niko vanilla)
  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 150 g biscuit (s) (Amarettini)
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • 200 g raspberries (frozen)
  • some sugar

Instructions

  1. First chop up the amarettini. Whip the cream with cream stabilizer until it is stiff. Mix the cream cheese with the vanilla sugar, sugar and amarettini, then fold in the cream.
  2. Finally add the frozen raspberries and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Place some raspberries and amarettini on top of the finished cream to decorate.
