Ingredients

  • 150 g raspberries, frozen
  • 150 g peach (s)
  • 0.5 ½ vanilla pod (s)
  • 200 ml buttermilk
  • possibly milk to dilute

Instructions

  1. Score the peaches crosswise and pour boiling water over them. Now the skin can easily be peeled off. Scrape out the vanilla pulp from half the pod. All ingredients now come together in the mixer.
  2. First purée briefly on the lowest level, then on the highest. If the smoothie has become a little too thick, just add a little more milk. Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses, decorate as you like and enjoy it.
