Ingredients

  • 300 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 large banana (s), ripe
  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal

Instructions

  1. Break the banana into pieces and whisk together with the thawed raspberries in a tall mixing vessel. I always use the hand blender for this.
  2. Then mix in the honey and oatmeal. Finally, add the orange juice, mix again and serve.
