  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 kiwi (s)
  • 60 g natural yourt 0.1%
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • some mineral water

Instructions

  1. Put the raspberries, banana and kiwi in a tall container and puree with a hand blender.
  2. Then add yoghurt, milk and vanilla sugar and continue pureing.
  3. If the mixture is too thick to drink, add some mineral water.
