Ingredients

  • 300 g raspberries, preferably frozen, briefly defrosted or fresh
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or a packet vanilla sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 dash orange juice, chilled

Instructions

  1. Put 200 g raspberries and 200 ml milk in a blender or puree smooth in approx. 20 seconds with the blender. Put the remaining raspberries and a large dash of orange juice in the blender and mix again for about 15 seconds. Finally, add the banana in thick slices and the sugar and mix until everything is thickly mixed.
  2. With frozen raspberries, the smoothie can be enjoyed cold immediately. Otherwise, place in the refrigerator for half an hour to an hour.
