Ingredients

  • 250 g raspberries
  • 1 kiwi (s)
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 400 g cucumber (s), approx. 0.5 cucumber
  • 1 pinch cardamom powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 400 ml water

Instructions

  1. Wash the raspberries and put them in a blender. Possibly remove 2 - 4 raspberries for the decoration and hang them on the edges of the glass at the end. Wash the cucumber and cut it into pieces, do not peel it and also put it in the blender. Cut the kiwi in half and remove the pulp with a teaspoon and place in the blender. Peel the banana and put it in the blender, broken or cut into pieces. Then add the spices and finally the water. Depending on the taste, a lot more of the spices can be used.
  2. Let the blender run on the highest setting for 2 minutes.
  3. Fill the smoothie into 2 glasses.
