Ingredients
- 250 g yourt (cream yourt)
- 250 g cream
- 400 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 150 ml rum
- 2 tablespoon sugar, white
- 8 tablespoon sugar, brown

- When the raspberries are frozen, first defrost them in a sieve, then pour them into a bowl. Add the rum and white sugar, mix carefully and let steep for 30 minutes.
- Beat the cream with the vanilla sugar packet until stiff. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and fold in the whipped cream.
- Spread the raspberries on dessert glasses. Put the yoghurt cream on top. Sprinkle with the brown sugar. Place open in the refrigerator overnight so that the sugar can crystallize. The layer becomes very hard.
- You can prepare very well! You can of course leave out alcohol for children.
