Ingredients

  • 200 g elderberries
  • 300 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • 700 ml vodka or grain
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g suar
  • 80 g rock suar, brown

Instructions

  1. Wash the elderberries and put them in a saucepan. Let infuse with 200-300 ml of water shortly before the boiling point for approx. 60 minutes. Then drain and let cool
  2. Put the raspberries in a large glass or bottle. Add the cold elderberries. Add vanilla sugar, rock candy and sugar and fill up the whole with 700 ml vodka or grain (1 bottle). Close the bottle tightly and let it stand for approx. 6 to 8 weeks. Always turn carefully - do not shake! The liqueur is then ready to be consumed.
