Ingredients

  • 500 g raspberries
  • 200 ml cream
  • 500 g quark, 0.2% fat
  • 50 g suar, alternatively candarel sweetness
  • 200 g biscuit (s) (Amarettini)

Instructions

  1. Hold back some raspberries for decoration, puree the rest.
  2. Whip the cream with the sugar or candarel sweetness until stiff. Whip the quark and mix with the whipped cream.
  3. Retain some Amarettini biscuits for decoration, put the rest in a plastic bag and crumble with the cake stick.
  4. Prepare 4 glasses, first layer the amaretti crumbs, then the quark, then a layer of pureed raspberries, repeat again. Decorate with raspberries and amaretti.
  5. The dessert can be made with any berry and is simply delicious. If you like it very slim, you can safely leave the cream off, it does not affect the taste.
