Ingredients

  • 150 g raspberries (frozen)
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt (1.5%)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s) or lime
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Put the frozen raspberries with all the other ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with a hand blender (of course, a blender is also possible) until a sorbet-like consistency is obtained.
  2. Pour into a glass and garnish with the mint leaves.
  3. Instead of raspberries, you can also use strawberries or other frozen fruits.
