Ingredients

  • 250 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 200 g natural yourt
  • 300 ml orange (s), the juice (freshly squeezed)

Also:

  • Sugar, ad libitum

Instructions

  1. Put the raspberries with the yoghurt in a blender and puree for about 1 minute until everything is nice and creamy. If you use fresh raspberries, they should be chilled. Add the orange juice and mix everything again.
  2. I don`t sweeten this smoothie, but you can do that. Fill into glasses and serve with straws.
