Ingredients

  • 500 g raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 150 g powdered suar
  • 2 lemon (s)

Instructions

  1. Sort fresh raspberries, defrost frozen raspberries. Puree the raspberries in the blender or with the hand blender. Mix in the sugar. Squeeze lemon juice and use it to season raspberry sauce. Brush the sauce through a hair sieve to remove the seeds.
  2. Tip: The sauce can also be served hot, e.g., to vanilla ice cream. Add 2 cl raspberry brandy if you like.
