Ingredients

  • 100 g ladyfiners
  • 75 ml Cointreau
  • 75 ml orange juice
  • 6 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
  • 300 g raspberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • 0.5 ½ pack pudding powder, (vanilla pudding powder)
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon almond (s), chopped
  • 25 g suar

Instructions

  1. Spread the ladyfingers on the bottom of a baking dish, drizzle with a mixture of Cointreau and orange juice.
  2. Whip the cream with vanilla sugar and cream stiffener, reserve a small amount for the decoration. Mix the mascarpone with lemon juice and powdered sugar and fold in the cream. Spread the mascarpone cream on the ladyfingers.
  3. Keep some nice berries from the raspberries for decoration, puree the rest. Mix the pudding powder with the sugar and some cold apple juice until smooth, heat the remaining apple juice, add the mixture while stirring and bring to the boil. Stir in the pureed raspberries and spread the fruit cream on the mascarpone layer. Put in the fridge and let rest for at least three hours.
  4. Carefully roast the almonds in the pan and let them cool. Decorate the finished tiramisu with cream, raspberries and roasted almonds as desired.
