Ravioli with Ham and Cheese

It will turn out as delicious as in an Italian restaurant: ravioli stuffed with cheese and ham and tomato sauce.

Ingredients

  • Flour – 250 Grams
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Onion – 2 Pieces
  • Jar of champignons – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 1 Clove
  • Jar of tomatoes – 1 Piece
  • Spices – To taste
  • Ham – To taste

Directions

  1. Knead the dough on the dumplings (ravioli). Leave the dough to soak in a linen towel for about half an hour.
  2. Prepare the filling. Chop the canned champignons, squeeze out excess water and fry with the addition of onions.
  3. Prepare Italian sauce. Fry the garlic, add chopped tomatoes in their own juice, pepper, salt. add a couple of basil leaves, bring until thick.
  4. Roll out half the dough and lay out the filling: mushrooms, on them – ham, a little grated cheese and a teaspoon of beaten egg.
  5. Top with a second layer of dough. Boil the ravioli in salted water.
