I make meat ravioli with ground beef. You can of course choose the minced meat to taste. Also my ravioli are fried, not boiled. And stewed in a special tomato sauce. Try it!
Cook: 40 mins
Servings: 3-4
Ingredients
Climbing dough – 350 grams (You can purchase ready-made sheets of fresh dough (always fresh) for climbing. Or make pasta dough yourself.)
Combine the onion, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in a blender.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Lay out the mass obtained from the greens. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Before adding minced meat to the pan, grind it well, because it will go into the filling, and we do not need large pieces there.
Place the minced meat in the green sauce, add the nutmegs and cream. Stir and cook for 15 minutes.
Taste to see if the meat is exactly cooked.
Roll out the dough or lay out the climbing sheets. Spread the minced meat in balls, at the same distance from each other.
Place the second sheet on top. Now squeeze the ravioli. You can do the same in the raviolis.
Now the tomato sauce. Check if it contains pieces of tomatoes or other vegetables – beat it with a blender. You can also add minced meat there if it remains. Place the sauce in a deep frying pan and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Toast the ravioli until golden brown.
Add the ravioli to the sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle the ravioli with Parmesan sauce before serving.
