Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 3 egg (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 onions)
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 400 g sheep cheese
  • 500 g minced beef
  • Parsley for garnish
  • Flour for the work surface
  • Water (salt water)

Instructions

  1. Put the flour, eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons oil and 1 tablespoon water in a bowl and knead for about 10 minutes to form a smooth dough. Wrap the dough in foil and let it rest for 1 hour.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a pan, finely dice the onions and fry them, season well. Crumble the sheep`s cheese on a plate and set aside.
  3. Roll out the pasta dough in portions on a floured work surface and cut into rectangles. Brush the edges with water. Put the filling together with the cheese on one half and pour the other half over it.
  4. Bring plenty of salted water to the boil. Cook the ravioli in it for 5 - 6 minutes. Remove. Arrange on plates and garnish with parsley. A light sauce tastes good with it.
