  • Pumpkin – 200 Grams
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Polka Dots – 50 Grams
  • Dough – 300 Grams
  • Tomato – 1 Piece

Ravioli with Pumpkin Instructions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Cut the pumpkin and onion.
  3. Fry the onion in oil, add the peas and pumpkin, fry until the pumpkin is tender.
  4. Grind vegetables with a blender.
  5. Roll out the dough thinly and brush with water.
  6. Place the filling on one side and cover with the dough.

  7. Press down on the dough and cut into rectangles.
  8. Boil the ravioli in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  9. Simmer the chopped tomato in olive oil.
  10. Place the ravioli in the skillet for 2-3 minutes.
