Ingredients

  • 200 g cream cheese, natural
  • 250 g raw ham
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 handful chives rolls
  • possibly milk
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Chili powder, optional

Instructions

  1. Puree the onion and garlic in a blender very finely. Add the raw ham and puree very finely. Add a sip of milk if necessary.
  2. Put the cream in a bowl, mix with the cream cheese and chives and season with salt and pepper to taste. If you like it spicy, you can also add some chili powder.
  3. Tastes even better the next day. Place in the refrigerator overnight and stir again the next day so that the deposited whey recombines.
