Ingredients
- 200 g cream cheese, natural
- 250 g raw ham
- 0.5 ½ onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 handful chives rolls
- possibly milk
- Salt and pepper, freshly ground
- Chili powder, optional

- Puree the onion and garlic in a blender very finely. Add the raw ham and puree very finely. Add a sip of milk if necessary.
- Put the cream in a bowl, mix with the cream cheese and chives and season with salt and pepper to taste. If you like it spicy, you can also add some chili powder.
- Tastes even better the next day. Place in the refrigerator overnight and stir again the next day so that the deposited whey recombines.
